Avocado and Cilantro Smoothie 

Buttery Avocado, Earthy Cilantro smoothie prepared with an incorporation of Coconut and Almond milk is as good as a complete meal.

Preparation Time: 05 minutes

Serves: 03

Ingredients and Quantity:

Avocado-01 no.

Cilantro- 1/4th bunch (Small)

Coconut milk- 01 cup

Almond Milk-1/2 cup

Sugar- to taste

Vanilla extract- 1/4th tsp.

Ice, crushed- 01 cup

Method:

Place all of the ingredients into the blender, except the crushed ice.

Blend until completely smooth.

Add the crushed ice and blend.

Serve chilled.

Sun-Kissed Alphonso Mango and Tender Coconut Smoothie

Refreshing chilled smoothie consists of sun-kissed Alphonso mangoes and the super hydrating tender coconut water. 

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 3

Ingredients and Quantity:

Alphonso Mango, sliced-1 ½ cups

Tender Coconut Water- 02 cups

Sugar- ½ tbsp. (Optional)

Ice Cubes- As required

Method:

Blend the mangoes in a blender.

Add Tender Coconut Water, Sugar and ice cubes to the blender, blend it until very smooth.

Serve Chilled.
