Overloaded with the goodness and rich flavour of fresh Coconut. It is prepared with loads of Full-fat Coconut milk, coconut cream, chopped fresh coconut… Organic Sugar and Sea Salt….The best thing to gorge on is a Coconut Ice Cream….

Ingredients and Quantity:
Full-fat Coconut milk, chilled- 1 ½ cup
Coconut Cream, chilled- ½ cup
Fresh Coconut, peeled and finely chopped / flaked- 1/4th cup
Organic Sugar- 1/4th cup
Sea Salt- a pinch
Method:
Stir full-fat coconut milk, coconut cream, chopped coconut, sugar and salt in a glass bowl.
If you have an ice cream maker, simply transfer the mixture to your ice cream maker and churn at the lowest speed for 15 to 20 minutes.
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, you can freeze the mixture in ice cube trays, and then blend the frozen ice cubes in a high-speed blender. Transfer to an air-tight container and freeze it for 08 hours.
Serve Chilled garnished with fresh mint leaves.
Chef Tips:
- Ensure that you use full-fat coconut milk, as it gives great volume to the ice-cream.
- You may skip adding the sugar and add organic honey.
