In Hindi it is known as “Bhutta”
Corn on the cob is normally eaten while still warm.
It is boiled or grilled /roasted over live coal.
It is then often seasoned with salt , red chilli powder and buttered, also a little lemon juice is squeezed over it or applied to it before serving
