Blistered Grape Toasts

Blistered grapes in red wine flavored with fresh thyme are toasts for breakfast or brunch, is not only quick to make but also delicious.

 Preparation Time: 05 minutes

Cooking / Baking Time: 08 to 10 minutes

Serves- 4

Ingredients and Quantity:

Garlic and herb toasts- 08 nos.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 01 tbsp.

Red Muscato Grapes- 125 gm.

Thyme, fresh- 01 tsp.

Red wine- 20 ml.

White pepper powder- 1/4th tsp.

Salt- a pinch

Method:

In a glass bowl, mix together ingredients mentioned from Extra Virgin olive oil to salt.

Preheat the oven at 425◦ F

In a Baking Sheet place all the ingredients in the glass bowl for 08 to 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Set aside to cool.

With the help of a spoon.

Place the blistered grapes on the garlic and herb toasts.

Serve it drizzled with a little olive oil.
