Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

Loaded with nutrients, a powerhouse to begin your day, smoothie prepared with the goodness of matcha, bananas ,spinach and coconut milk.

Preparation Time: 05 minutes

Chilling Time: 15 -20 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients and quantity:

Coconut Milk, light- 500 ml

Tender coconut water-100 ml

Matcha green tea powder- 04 tsp.

Frozen bananas- 04 nos.

Baby spinach- 01 bunch ,small

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients till smooth and frothy.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour into smoothie bowls / glasses. Serve Chilled.

Chef Tip:

  1. You may add organic honey ,if desired
