Ingredients and quantity:
Coconut Milk, light- 500 ml
Tender coconut water-100 ml
Matcha green tea powder- 04 tsp.
Frozen bananas- 04 nos.
Baby spinach- 01 bunch ,small
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients till smooth and frothy.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Pour into smoothie bowls / glasses. Serve Chilled.
Chef Tip:
- You may add organic honey ,if desired
