Preparation Time- 10 minutes

Ingredients and Quantity:
Milk-600 ml
Beetroot -02 nos.
Walnuts, lightly toasted, blanched and pureed- 125 gm.
Ginger juice-1 ½ tsp.
Honey-02 tbsp.
Ice Cubes –As required
For the garnish:
Walnuts, toasted- 08 nos.
Method:
- Juice the beetroot with a juicer.
- Combine all ingredients in a pitcher i.e. the beetroot juice, milk, pureed walnuts, ginger juice and honey. whisk the entire mixture until it is smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes and whisk again until very smooth.
- Pour into a large glasses, garnish with walnuts and serve immediately.
