Black Currant Smoothie

A Revitalizing smoothie after a workout, is loaded with the goodness of Black Currants, Yoghurt, Milk and Honey.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Serves-04

Ingredients and quantity:

Black Currants, seedless- 225 gm.

Yoghurt, Low-fat, Chilled-400gm

Milk, Skimmed & Chilled-400ml

Honey -01 tbsp.

For the Garnish:

Black Currants-10 gm.

Method:

Mix black currant, yoghurt, milk and honey in a blender, process until its very smooth.

Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses, serve with black currants on top.
