Slow oven-roasted mushrooms are simply lip-smacking….. Sprinkled with dried herbs & fresh cilantro, flavored with garlic drizzled with lemon juice and olive oil.

Ingredients and Quantity:
Mushrooms, thoroughly clean- 350 gm.
Dried mixed herbs- ½ tbsp.
Garlic, crushed- 04 cloves
Cilantro, fresh, finely chopped- 1/4th bunch, small
Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 3/4th tbsp.
Lemon juice- 1/4th tbsp..
Salt- To taste
Black peppercorns, freshly ground- 1/4th tsp.
Method:
Preheat the oven to 350◦ F.
Place the mushrooms in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the dried mixed herbs on and around the mushrooms.
Sprinkle the crushed garlic, chopped cilantro, salt and freshly ground black pepper over the mushrooms.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and golden brown. Serve hot.
