Do you love dragon fruit ???? Have this mind-boggling salad prepared with dragon fruit, sprouts and lettuce with a dash of lemon juice.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 05 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients and Quantity:
Dragon fruit, cubed- 02 cups
Sprouted moong, blanched- 3/4 th cup
Salt- To taste
Black pepper, freshly ground- 1/4th tsp
For Sprinkling:
Lemon Juice-01 tsp.
For the base:
Lettuce- 01 small bunch
Method:
- In a small stock pot, blanch moong sprouts for 03 to 04 minutes.
- Remove from the flame and place in chilled water.
- In a glass bowl, mix together all the ingredients from cubed dragon fruit to black pepper.
- Mix very lightly.
- Just before service sprinkle lemon juice and very lightly toss the salad.
- Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce.
