A refreshing and fragrant coolant drink prepared by blending yogurt, rose syrup, gulkand and rose petals.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Chilling Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients and quantity:
Yogurt, chilled- 2 ½ cups
Rose Syrup-02 tbsp.
Gulkand- ½ tbsp.
Sugar-1 ½ tbsp. / as desired.
Rose Water-1/2 tbsp.
Chilled milk, full-fat- 01 cups
Ice cubes- 12 nos.
Rose petals, dried- 12 nos.
For the Garnish:
Rose petals, dried- 02 tsp.
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients except the garnish.
- Blend till the lassi is smooth and frothy.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Pour into earthenware glasses. Serve Chilled.
Chef Tips:
- You may increase or decrease the quantity of sugar as desired.
- You may garnish with slivered almonds and pistachio nuts.
- You may serve by topping it with a layer of fresh cream / malai.
