Known Shrimp Cocktail, cooked prawns in cocktail sauce.

Ingredients and Quantity
Iceberg lettuce, washed, shredded 01 no.
Prawns, peeled, deveined, cooked 220 gm.
Cocktail sauce
- 60 ml. Tomato sauce
- 60 ml. thin cream
- ½ tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4th tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce, red
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper ,freshly ground to taste
For the garnish
08 prawns, deveined cooked with shell
Method
Combine the tomato sauce, cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco in a small glass bowl, to make the cocktail sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the lettuce in 04 serving glasses. Top with the prawns and drizzle with the cocktail sauce.
Serve immediately.
