A Quick Breakfast Smoothie to keep you energetic for a long days work.
Preparation Time: 05 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients and Quantity:
Bananas, medium sized- 03 nos.
Dates, pitted and chopped: 04 nos.
Almond Milk, chilled: 03 cups
Greek Yogurt, Non-Fat, chilled-01 cup
Instant Coffee- 02 tsp or as required
Ice cubes- 1/4th cup
For sprinkling:
Instant Coffee- 3/4 th tsp.
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Puree until very smooth.
- Pour in chilled glasses, sprinkle instant coffee and serve.
