Beat the scorching summer heat with this refreshing and chilled cold coffee.
Preparation Time: 05 minutes
Chilling Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients and quantity:
Milk, full-cream, boiled, cooled and chilled- 03 cups
Instant Coffee Powder- 01 tbsp.
Sugar- 02 tbsp. / as desired
Ice cubes- 12 nos.
Method:
- Blend all the ingredients till smooth and frothy.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- Pour into serving glasses. Serve Chilled.
Chef Tips:
- You may increase or decrease the quantity of coffee and sugar as desired.
- You may sweeten the cold coffee with honey or condensed milk instead of sugar.
- You may top with Vanilla Ice cream and chocolate sauce.
