Rose Smoothie

Delicious and refreshing, glow with this pink smoothie prepared with the goodness of roses, bananas , and coconut milk

Preparation Time: 05 minutes

Chilling Time: 15 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients and quantity:

Rose Syrup- 02 tbsp. / or more, as desired

Rose petals, fresh and edible- 01 tbsp.

Coconut Milk, light- 570 ml

Rose water-30 ml

Frozen bananas- 02 nos.

For the Garnish:

Pistachio nuts, whole, lightly toasted- ½ tbsp.

Rose Petals, dried, edible- 01 tsp.

Method:

  1. Blend all the ingredients till smooth , except the garnish.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Pour into smoothie bowls / glasses. Serve Chilled garnished with pistachio nuts & edible rose petals.

Chef Tips:

  1. You may add honey ,if desired
  2. You may use almond milk/ strawberry yogurt instead of coconut milk.
