Add the soaked and drained rice.<\/p>\n<p>Cook till the rice is 90 % done.<\/p>\n<p>In another deep non-stick pan add the clarified butter add the nuts, sliced coconut and charoli.<\/p>\n<p>Cook till a little brown ensuring that they do not burn.<\/p>\n<p>Now add the raisins once u see them swelling up.<\/p>\n<p>Add the sugar.<\/p>\n<p>Add the steeped saffron and milk, once the sugar melts add the lemon juice and cooked rice.<\/p>\n<p>Mix it very lightly.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle the grated khoya.
