1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup<\/p>\n<p>Raisins (Stems removed and discarded)- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup<\/p>\n<p>Black currants (Stems removed and discarded)-1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup<\/p>\n<p>Dried Dates (deseeded and chopped)-1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup<\/p>\n<p>Walnuts, broken= 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup<\/p>\n<p>Apricots (deseeded and chopped)-1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup<\/p>\n<p>Fresh \/ Dry Coconut ( Sliced)- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup<\/p>\n<p>Ginger powder- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Cinnamon powder- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Black pepper powder- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Water- 1 \u00bd cup<\/p>\n<p>Sugar- 1 \u00bd cup<\/p>\n<p>Candied sugar \u2013 01 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Green Cardamoms ( Crushed)- \u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Saffron- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> gm<\/p>\n<p>Lemon Juice- \u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Salt- a pinch<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the garnish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rose Petals edible and dried- 02 tsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat the clarified butter (for frying) and fry the paneer lightly. ( May be soaked in warm water in order to soften it).<\/p>\n<p>Remove and put aside. Cut the almonds into halves.<\/p>\n<p>Soak all the prepared dry fruits in 2 cups of warm water for 15 minutes except coconut. Drain the water from the dry fruits.<\/p>\n<p>Heat 01. \u00a0tbsp. of clarified butter in a heavy bottomed pan.<\/p>\n<p>Lightly saut\u00e9 the almonds, raisins, black currants, coconut, dried dates, walnuts and apricots for 1 minute.<\/p>\n<p>Add water, sugar , crushed green cardamoms , ginger powder ,cinnamon powder and Black pepper powder.<\/p>\n<p>Stir till the water comes to a boil.<\/p>\n<p>Lower the flame and cook.
