(Optional)<\/p>\n<p>Spring onion greens sliced\u00a0-02 stalks<\/p>\n<p>Sesame oil\u00a0-03 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Ginger, finely chopped- 1 inch piece<\/p>\n<p>Garlic cloves finely chopped-\u00a04 nos.<\/p>\n<p>Salt\u00a0-to taste<\/p>\n<p>White pepper powder\u00a0&#8211; \u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Light soy sauce-01 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>White vinegar-\u00a01\/2 tablespoon<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Heat oil in a wok, add ginger and garlic and stir-fry for a minute. Add onions, French beans, carrot, green capsicum, cabbage and half the spring onion greens. Stir-fry for 02 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Now add the chopped celery. Saut\u00e9 for \u00bd a minute . add boiled corn.<\/p>\n<p>Add salt, white pepper powder and soy sauce and mix thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p>Add the rice and adjust the seasonings.<\/p>\n<p>Stir in the vinegar and cook for a minute, stirring continuously.<\/p>\n<p>Garnish with remaining spring onion greens and serve hot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chef Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Rice is prepared by draining method in the ratio 1: 6 1 part of rice to 6 parts of water.
