01 hour<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong>\u00a04<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients and Quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quinoa, coarsely ground- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0cup<\/p>\n<p>Rose petals, dried and edible- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Dried rose petal powder, edible- 02 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Coconut Milk, unsweetened- 06 cups<\/p>\n<p>Cinnamon Powder- \u00bd tsp<\/p>\n<p>Jaggery, organic, grated- 2 to 3 tsp. \/ as desired<\/p>\n<p>Salt \u2013a pinch<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Garnish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rose Petals, dried and edible- 03 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Almonds, lightly toasted and slivered- 02 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Pistachio nuts , slivered- 02 tsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wash and drain quinoa thoroughly in a fine mesh.<\/p>\n<p>In a deep heavy bottomed non-stick pan pour the coconut milk add the drained quinoa and cinnamon powder, bring to a boil and simmer.<\/p>\n<p>Simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.<\/p>\n<p>Now add the rose petals and rose petal powder. Add a pinch of salt. Mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Add Jaggery and mix well.
