Add the flour and mix with a whisk and cook for 40 to 50 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Add salt, pepper, thyme and spinach. On a low flame let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add milk and heavy cream into the spinach mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Put the entire mixture in to the Gratin dish.
