(Optional)<\/p>\n<p>FDA approved edible orange colour- as required<\/p>\n<p>Clarified butter \/Oil \u2013 1\/2 tbsp. \/ as required<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a heavy bottomed pan, add the grated coconut on a slow flame, once a little warm add the condensed milk. Let it cook , stirring it with a spatula until it leaves the sides of the pan. Usually takes only 05 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Remove on a clean lightly oiled SS working table. Let it cool. Add the reduced orange juice and a pinch of edible orange colour. Mix it till well combined.<\/p>\n<p>Divide the mixture into equal portions, as per the size required or as per the size of the modak mould and form balls.<\/p>\n<p>Place each ball at a time in lightly oiled Modak Mould , gently unmould the prepared modak.
