with a flavor and mesmerizing fragrance of edible rose petals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation Time:<\/strong>&nbsp;15 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Soaking Time for Chickpeas:<\/strong>&nbsp;08 hours<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chilling Time:<\/strong>&nbsp;01 hour<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong>&nbsp;4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients and Quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas), soaked overnight and cooked: 325 gm.<\/p>\n<p>Dried Rose petals, edible, cooked along with chickpeas- \u00bd tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Garlic, crushed- 04 cloves<\/p>\n<p>Punjabi Garam masala powder- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Red chilli powder- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Corona Beer- 1\/3rd cup<\/p>\n<p>Extra virgin olive oil- 02 tbsp. \/ or more as desired<\/p>\n<p>Tahini- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;cup<\/p>\n<p>Water, reserved \u2013 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;cup<\/p>\n<p>Salt- to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the sprinkling:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Punjabi Garam masala powder- a pinch<\/p>\n<p>Red chilli powder- a pinch<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the garnish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rose Petals, edible: \u00bc th tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Green Pumpkin seeds (Pepitas), lightly toasted- 02 tsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the drizzling<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Extra Virgin olive oil for drizzling: 01 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth<\/li>\n<li>Chill in the refrigerator , covered with a cling wrap for an hour before serving<\/li>\n<li>Garnish with edible rose petals and Pepitas sprinkled with Indian spice powders, drizzled with olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>You may serve this delectable dip with Lavash.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Chef Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>You may add more beer for blending the ingredients for Hummus.<\/li>\n<li>You may add more beer , if a thinner dip is desired.<\/li>\n<li>Beer not only incorporates the citrus flavour but also makes a hummus which has a much fuller volume and a creamy texture.<\/li>\n<li>I personally suggest using Garbanzo beans which are soaked overnight and then cooked till well done, as some may opt for using canned
