\/><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation Time:<\/strong> 20 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking Time:<\/strong> 15 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong> 10 to 12<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients and Quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oats, quick cooking oats or Rolled oats- 1 cup<\/p>\n<p>Semolina- \u00bd cup<\/p>\n<p>Asafoetida- a pinch<\/p>\n<p>Yogurt, whisked- 1 cup<\/p>\n<p>Cumin seeds-1 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Red chilli powder- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Soda Bicarbonate: a pinch<\/p>\n<p>Water- as required.<\/p>\n<p>Onion, finely chopped- 1 no.<\/p>\n<p>Tomatoes, deseeded and chopped- 01 no.<\/p>\n<p>Red Cabbage, chopped- \u00bd tbsp..<\/p>\n<p>Red \/ Yellow \/ Green Capsicum, finely chopped- 01 no. medium sized<\/p>\n<p>Carrots, peeled and finely chopped- \u00bd tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>French beans, chopped- \u00bd tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Ginger, finely chopped- 3\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp<\/p>\n<p>Green chilles, finely chopped- \u00bd tsp<\/p>\n<p>Salt- to taste<\/p>\n<p>Extra Virgin Olive oil- 01 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the garnish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Coriander leaves, fresh, chopped- \u00bd tbsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Grind oats and semolina. Add asafetida.<\/p>\n<p>Now add Yogurt, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, soda bi carb, ginger and water, as required to make a thick batter.<\/p>\n<p>Keep aside for 10 minutes.
