04<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients and Quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cauliflower, cut into florets and blanched- 02 cups<\/p>\n<p>Mushroom, cleaned and stem removed- 02 cups<\/p>\n<p>Cottage cheese , cut into roundels- 08 slices<\/p>\n<p>Tomatoes, quartered- 04 small<\/p>\n<p>Cucumber, sliced- 02 large<\/p>\n<p>Spinach leaves, cleaned and washed- 12 nos.<\/p>\n<p>Red Muscato grapes- 250 gm<\/p>\n<p>Saffron- \u00bd gm<\/p>\n<p>Fresh cream- 60 ml.<\/p>\n<p>White pepper- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Black peppercorn, lightly roasted and freshly ground- 01 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Turmeric- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp<\/p>\n<p>Punjabi Garam Masala- \u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Chaat Masla- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Lemon Juice- 02 tsp. (Optional)<\/p>\n<p>Salt- to taste<\/p>\n<p>Olive Oil- 1 \u00bc <sup>th<\/sup> tbsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apply fresh cream, saffron, white pepper and salt to the paneer.<\/p>\n<p>Keep aside.<\/p>\n<p>In a non-stick pan add a little olive oil add cauliflower and stir-fry till light golden in colour and sprinkle salt and freshly ground pepper.<\/p>\n<p>In the same pan add a little olive oil and add the mushrooms saut\u00e9 till golden brown in colour add salt, garam masala powder, turmeric and chaat masala.
