Quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Quinoa- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup<\/p>\n<p>Lavender, organic, dried and edible- 2 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Coconut Milk, unsweetened- 4 cups<\/p>\n<p>Cinnamon Powder- \u00bd tsp<\/p>\n<p>Jaggery, organic, grated- 2 to 3 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Salt \u2013a pinch<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Garnish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lavender, dried and edible- 1 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Almonds, lightly toasted- 01 tsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wash and drain quinoa thoroughly in a fine mesh.<\/p>\n<p>In a deep heavy bottomed non-stick pan pour the coconut milk add the drained quinoa and cinnamon powder, bring to a boil and simmer.<\/p>\n<p>Simmer for 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.<\/p>\n<p>Now add lavender. Add a pinch of salt. Mix. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes. Add Jaggery and mix well.
