and Quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Roasted almond paste- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Apple, peeled and cut into chunks- 02 nos.<\/p>\n<p>Cauliflower, cut into florets- 375 gm.<\/p>\n<p>Cinnamon powder- a pinch<\/p>\n<p>Coconut milk- \u00bd tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Coconut cream- \u00bd tbsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Garnish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Roasted almonds- 04 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Pumpkin seeds, lightly toasted- 02 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Melon seeds, lightly toasted- 02 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Black sesame seeds, lightly toasted- 1 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Chilli oil- 02 tsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Steam the cauliflower florets for 7 minutes to soften it.<\/p>\n<p>Place the Roasted Almond paste, Apple, Cauliflower, cinnamon, coconut cream and coconut milk in a blender.<\/p>\n<p>Blend till it is smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Pour in the bowls and serve garnished with Roosted almonds, Pumpkin, melon and black sesame seeds drizzled with chilli oil.<\/p>\n<p><a
