Mawa), grated- 02 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Ginger paste- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp<\/p>\n<p>Garlic paste-1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp<\/p>\n<p>Honey- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp<\/p>\n<p>Saffron strands, broiled- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> \u00a0gm.<\/p>\n<p>Paprika- a pinch<\/p>\n<p>Salt- To taste.<\/p>\n<p>Mace powder- a pinch<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sweet Potato, small-01<\/p>\n<p>Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 02 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Broccoli, blanched and chopped fine- 04 florets<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Seasoning:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Salt-to taste<\/p>\n<p>White pepper powder- \u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the\u00a0Pesto:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Basil-04 Sprigs<\/p>\n<p>Pine Nuts- Roasted-30 gm.<\/p>\n<p>Lemon Juice- 10 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Lemon Zest (Lemon Peel) , grated- a pinch<\/p>\n<p>Olive Oil-15 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Freshly ground black pepper-02 gm.<\/p>\n<p>Salt-To Taste<\/p>\n<p>Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese-30 gm<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Garnish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parsley- 02 sprigs<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the presentation :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tomatoes, sliced and oven roasted: 08 slices<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Marinate the chicken with ingredients listed from Alphonso Mango puree to mace powder in a glass bowl for 02 hours in the refrigerator.<\/p>\n<p>In a lined baking tray, bake the chicken cubes at 315\u25e6F for 08 minutes, basting with olive oil and ensuring that it is cooked evenly.<\/p>\n<p>Oven roast Cubes of Sweet Potatoes with a few drops of olive oil, salt and pepper. Keep aside.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Pesto:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine the Basil, pine nuts, lemon juice and lemon peel in a processor. Lightly pulse, gradually add the Olive oil, blending until the mixture is creamy. Add salt and pulse.<\/p>\n<p>Transfer\u00a0pesto in a medium bowl. Stir in the Parmesan. Add salt if required and add the pepper to the pesto.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Assembling of the Tarts:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place the tart shells on the presentation plate and spoon it with pesto, place the blanched and chopped broccoli over it. Place the Oven roasted sweet potatoes over the broccoli and in the end place the baked chicken cubes.
