Saut\u00e9 till light brown, add the shallots saut\u00e9 for 1 minute, add the chopped broccoli saut\u00e9 for 2 minutes, and add the roughly chopped cilantro. Cook for\u00a0few seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Add stock, salt, pepper and bring it to a boil. Lower the flame and cook till the broccoli is bright green in colour.<\/p>\n<p>Strain through a soup strainer, do not discard the water.<\/p>\n<p>Cool the ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Puree the ingredients by adding the remaining stock. Simmer the soup for 02 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Serve very hot \/ warm in a soup bowl \/ mugs garnished with lightly toasted black sesame seeds, fresh\u00a0cream, spring onion greens and crunchy shallot
