Let it cool down completely.<\/p>\n<p>Add Yogurt, mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Add cumin and red chilli powder.<\/p>\n<p>Add salt to taste. Add sugar and mix well.<\/p>\n<p>In a small non-stick pan add oil, heat, add mustard seeds, Let them crackle add curry leaves and whole red chillies.<\/p>\n<p>Add raisins.<\/p>\n<p>Pour the tempering over the prepared raita.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate and chill the raita \u00a0for 10 minutes and serve.<\/p>\n<p><a
