Time:<\/strong> 10 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking Time-<\/strong> 10 to 15 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves-<\/strong> 6 to 8<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients and Quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cottage Cheese, fresh, home-made- 400 gm<\/p>\n<p>Milk Powder, Skimmed- 400 gm<\/p>\n<p>Cream, Low fat- 500 gm.<\/p>\n<p>Stevia- 1\/ 16 th tsp. \/ as desired<\/p>\n<p>Saffron, Broiled- \u00bc th gm.<\/p>\n<p>Green Cardamom Powder- \u00be th tsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Garnish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pistachio nuts, chopped- 2 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Almonds, chopped- 01 tsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a heat-resistant \/ microwave proof glass bowl, mix cream and milk powder thoroughly.<\/p>\n<p>Heat the mixture for 02 minutes in a microwave.<\/p>\n<p>Add Stevia and heat it again for 05 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Remove from the microwave and set aside to cool.<\/p>\n<p>Now add paneer, green cardamom and saffron.<\/p>\n<p>Set it and cut
