Large<\/p>\n<p>Yellow onion, chopped- 30 gm.<\/p>\n<p>Oregano, fresh- a few sprigs<\/p>\n<p>Celery, chopped- 01 stem<\/p>\n<p>Ginger-\u00a001 inch piece<\/p>\n<p>Olive oil- 20 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Salt- To taste<\/p>\n<p>Black\u00a0pepper powder, freshly ground- To taste<\/p>\n<p>Water, lukewarm- 02 cups or as required<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Garnish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fresh cream- 02 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Oregano, fresh- a few sprigs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a non-stick pan add olive oil heat it for few seconds add the ginger. Saut\u00e9 till light brown, add the chopped onion cook till translucent , add the oregano and celery, add roughly chopped broccoli cook for 03 minutes, add the apple.\u00a0 Cook for another minute.<\/p>\n<p>Add water, salt, pepper and bring it to a boil. Lower the flame and cook till the broccoli is bright green in colour.<\/p>\n<p>Strain through a soup strainer, do not discard the water.<\/p>\n<p>Cool the ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>Puree the ingredients by adding the remaining water.
