(Optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Drain the soaked Kala Chana\u00a0and wash them\u00a0 in fresh water.<\/p>\n<p>Add water and salt and cook in pressure cooker\u00a0 till 04 to 05 whistles.<\/p>\n<p>Drain and reserve the cooking liquor. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions and saut\u00e9 till light brown.<\/p>\n<p>Add ginger-garlic paste and saut\u00e9 for 02 minutes. Add coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Add tomato puree stir and. saut\u00e9 for 05 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Add the Kala Chana and mix well.
