{"id":5522,"date":"2017-07-20T12:24:44","date_gmt":"2017-07-20T12:24:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chefreetuudaykugaji.com\/blog\/?p=5522"},"modified":"2017-11-22T08:08:17","modified_gmt":"2017-11-22T08:08:17","slug":"kiwi-and-mango-smoothie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chefreetuudaykugaji.com\/blog\/2017\/07\/20\/kiwi-and-mango-smoothie\/","title":{"rendered":"Kiwi and Mango Smoothie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>A layered smoothie which is not only colourfulllllll but is healthy too, prepared with Kiwi fruit, Alphonso mango, honey and yesssssssss baby spinach.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>You may substitute the Sugar free and fat free Vanilla Ice-cream with Fat-free yogurt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation Time:<\/strong> 10 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chilling in freezer:<\/strong>15 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chilling time in refrigerator:<\/strong>\u00a010 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong> 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients and Quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Alphonso mango, diced- 2 \u00be th cups<\/p>\n<p>Vanilla Ice-cream, sugar free and fat free- 02 scoops large, ready available in food malls.<\/p>\n<p>Honey- 3 \u00bd tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Water- 02 tbsp. + 01 tbsp. water<\/p>\n<p>Lemon zest- \u00bc th tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Kiwi fruit, ripe, peeled and cubed- 06 nos. medium sized.<\/p>\n<p>Baby spinach- \u00bd cup<\/p>\n<p>Ice cubes- 01 cup.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For Garnishing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kiwi Slices- 04 nos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a blender place mango, \u00bd cup vanilla ice-cream, 11\/2 tbsp. tablespoons honey, 02 tablespoons water, and zest, process until smooth, stirring occasionally.<\/p>\n<p>Divide mango mixture into each of 04 serving glasses; place glasses in freezer for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Rinse the blender container.<\/p>\n<p>Place \u00bd cup vanilla ice-cream, 2 tablespoons honey, 01 tbsp. of water, kiwifruit, baby spinach, ice cubes in blender; process until smooth, stirring occasionally.<\/p>\n<p>Gently spoon this kiwi mixture onto mango mixture in reserved glasses, working carefully around inside of each glass to create a clean horizontal line.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate for 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For Garnishing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Garnish with kiwifruit slices, and stir to combine flavors, if desired.
