sticks<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients and Quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed- 03 nos. medium<\/p>\n<p>Sour cream- 30 ml.<\/p>\n<p>Cheese, grated- 60 gm.<\/p>\n<p>Black pepper powder- \u00bc th tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Salt- to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>For Dredging:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Refined flour- 125 gm.<\/p>\n<p>Eggs- 02 nos.<\/p>\n<p>Panko- 175 gm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For Deep Frying:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Refined oil- As required<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the accompaniment:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beetroot aioli &#8211; 02 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mash all the ingredients from potatoes to salt.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions.<\/li>\n<li>Moist your palms and prepare into rectangular long sticks.<\/li>\n<li>Dredge the sticks in flour, egg and panko.<\/li>\n<li>Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan.<\/li>\n<li>Deep fry till golden brown<\/li>\n<li>Place on a kitchen absorbent paper.<\/li>\n<li>Sprinkle salt and Pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Serve hot with beetroot aioli or the sauce of you choice.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a
