Once the emulsion is formed and the aioli is smooth and season with salt.<\/p>\n<p>In batches, fold the beet puree into the aioli.<\/p>\n<p>Refrigerate\u00a0the aioli. Serve with hot fries \/ use as a spread to a sandwich \/ as a dressing to fresh, crisp and crunchy salad.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chef Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>You may add \u00bd tsp.
