{"id":5194,"date":"2017-10-13T14:49:56","date_gmt":"2017-10-13T14:49:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chefreetuudaykugaji.com\/blog\/?p=5194"},"modified":"2017-11-22T05:04:21","modified_gmt":"2017-11-22T05:04:21","slug":"mint-coriander-yogurt-chutney","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chefreetuudaykugaji.com\/blog\/2017\/10\/13\/mint-coriander-yogurt-chutney\/","title":{"rendered":"Mint Coriander Yogurt Chutney"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>A scrumptious and tempting chutney, which can be served as a dip for Tandoori dishes both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation time:<\/strong> 10 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong>\u00a004<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cuisine:\u00a0<\/strong> North Indian<\/p>\n<p><strong>Course:<\/strong>\u00a0Chutneys and Accompaniments<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients and quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mint leaves, stems removed, washed- \u00bc th bunch<\/p>\n<p>Coriander leaves, stems removed, washed \u2013 \u00be th bunch<\/p>\n<p>Baby Spinach leaves, stems removed, washed- 1\/3 rd bunch ( can be blanched in boiling water , refreshed in cold water and then pureed OR may be used without blanching)<\/p>\n<p>Green chillies-02 nos.<\/p>\n<p>Ginger-01 inch piece<\/p>\n<p>Water- as per required for grinding \/ pureeing<\/p>\n<p>Yogurt, whisked-01 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Salt-to taste<\/p>\n<p>Chat masala- \u00bc th tsp<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Method: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare a smooth puree in a food processor with ingredients mentioned from Mint leaves to water.<\/li>\n<li>Now add whisked yogurt.<\/li>\n<li>Add salt to taste and chat masala.<\/li>\n<li>Mix well and serve as an accompaniment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong><u>Chef Tips:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you don\u2019t want to add yogurt then add 01 onion small + 01 small Raw mango + \u00bd tsp. Lemon Juice &amp; all the ingredients remain same.
