{"id":5117,"date":"2017-07-12T11:38:11","date_gmt":"2017-07-12T11:38:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chefreetuudaykugaji.com\/blog\/?p=5117"},"modified":"2017-11-22T08:27:48","modified_gmt":"2017-11-22T08:27:48","slug":"sweet-beet-walnut-smoothie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chefreetuudaykugaji.com\/blog\/2017\/07\/12\/sweet-beet-walnut-smoothie\/","title":{"rendered":"Sweet Beet &#038; Walnut Smoothie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Loaded with goodness of sweet beet \u00a0juice and walnuts is smooth , creamy and refreshing , simply perfect to beat the summers&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation Time-<\/strong> 10 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves-<\/strong>04<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients and Quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Milk-600 ml<\/p>\n<p>Beetroot -02 nos.<\/p>\n<p>Walnuts, lightly toasted, blanched and pureed- 125 gm.<\/p>\n<p>Ginger juice-1 \u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Honey-02 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Ice Cubes \u2013As required<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the garnish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Walnuts, toasted- 08 nos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Juice the beetroot with a juicer.<\/li>\n<li>Combine all ingredients in a pitcher i.e. the beetroot juice, milk, pureed walnuts, ginger juice and honey. whisk\u00a0the entire mixture until it is smooth and creamy.
