(Optional)<\/p>\n<p>Ginger, grated- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Carom seeds, lightly toasted- \u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Dry mango powder- \u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Red chilli powder-\u00a01 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Asafoetida-\u00a0a pinch<\/p>\n<p>Salt\u00a0-to taste<\/p>\n<p>Refined Oil\u00a0\u2013 as required to deep fry (Optional)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pomegranate Pearls: \u00bd cup<\/p>\n<p>Lightly toasted and skinned peanuts- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup<\/p>\n<p>Green Chillies, chopped- 2 nos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the drizzling: (Mix Well)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Low-fat Curd- \u00bd cup<\/p>\n<p>Red chilli powder- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Cumin powder- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Sugar- 1 tsp. \/ or more as desired.<\/p>\n<p>Salt\u00a0-to taste<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the sprinkling:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pomegranate Pearls: 2 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Lightly toasted and skinned peanuts- 1 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Green Chillies, chopped- \u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Chaat masala- 1 tsp<\/p>\n<p>Dry mango powder- \u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Red chilli powder-\u00a0\u00bd\u00a0 tsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Break the fritters into halves.<\/p>\n<p>In a glass bowl combine together the fritters, \u00bd the yogurt mixture, pomegranate pearls and green chillies.<\/p>\n<p>Mix lightly.<\/p>\n<p>Transfer into serving bowls.<\/p>\n<p>Drizzle them with the remaining curd mixture.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle with Pomegranate pearls, peanuts, green chillies, chaat masala, dry mango powder and red chilli powder.<\/p>\n<p>Serve at room temperature or chilled, as desired.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chef Tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To remove the bitterness from the fenugreek leaves, sprinkle salt and mix well and set them aside for 2 minutes.
