minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chilling Time in Refrigerator-<\/strong> 2 hours or more as desired<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serves:<\/strong>\u00a04<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients and Quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sago (sabudana) soaked -01 cup<\/p>\n<p>Fresh Coconut Milk, thick\u00a0-03 cups<\/p>\n<p>Coconut cream- 2 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Coconut Water- \u00bd cup<\/p>\n<p>Sugar-1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup or more as desired<\/p>\n<p>Green cardamom powder\u00a0-\u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Salt- a pinch<\/p>\n<p>Coconut oil- \u00bd tbsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Garnish:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lightly saut\u00e9ed and sliced fresh coconut: \u00bd tbsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a deep non-stick pan add the coconut milk and coconut water. Heat it on a medium flame and add the soaked sabudana, mix, simmer and cook till transparent and done. Add the coconut cream. Mix well.<\/p>\n<p>Add sugar, a pinch of salt and continue to cook. Add the cardamom powder and mix well. Simmer for another 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Cool it down completely.
