cook for me with so much love.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Crispy Arbi deep-fried to perfection and cooked with carom seeds with a mix of spice powders and green chillies slit and filled with \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients and Quantity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Colocasia (Arbi) \u2013 500 gm.<\/p>\n<p>Carom Seeds (Ajwain), clean and sieve off the dirt- 1 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Refined oil- As required to deep fry<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Masala:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Red Chilli powder- 01 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Coriander powder- 03 tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Turmeric powder- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Mango powder- \u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Chaat Masala \u2013 \u00bd tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Salt \u2013 to taste<\/p>\n<p>Water- 03 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For the Tempering:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Refined Oil- 02 tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Green chillies with stem slit and filled with salt- 4 to 6<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wash the arbi to remove the mud as much as you can.<\/p>\n<p>Pressure cook till 2 whistles if medium in size.<\/p>\n<p>Cool down the arbi and remove the peel \/ skin.<\/p>\n<p>In a non-stick kadhai add the oil for deep frying.<\/p>\n<p>Once the oil is hot add the peeled arbi in small batches and fry it till reddish brown.<\/p>\n<p>Remove on a kitchen absorbent paper to remove excess of oil.<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl add 04 tbsp. water and add all the powdered masalas mentioned in the Ajwaini Masala.
