Beat well till it becomes fluffy in volume.<\/p>\n<p>In a heavy bottomed kadhai add mustard oil, heat it till smoking point.<\/p>\n<p>Cool it down completely.<\/p>\n<p>Now reheat the oil and fry small portions of batter \/ spoonful of batter on a medium flame. Do not add too many at a time.<\/p>\n<p>Remove them with a slotted spoon on a kitchen absorbent paper, once they are light golden in colour on both the sides.
