(Optional)<\/p>\n<p>Coconut, grated- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> cup \/ or more if desired<\/p>\n<p>Coconut oil- 1 \u00bd tbsp.<\/p>\n<p>Cumin seeds- 1\/4<sup>th<\/sup> tsp.<\/p>\n<p>Curry Leaves- 1 sprig<\/p>\n<p>Dried red chillies, roughly torn- 4 nos.<\/p>\n<p>Salt- to taste<\/p>\n<p>Water- \u00bc th cup<\/p>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a non-stick pan heat oil add the cumin seeds, let them splutter. Now add the curry leaves.<\/p>\n<p>Now add the chopped onion saut\u00e9 till translucent.<\/p>\n<p>Add garlic and green chillies.<\/p>\n<p>Saut\u00e9 till the raw aroma of the garlic disappears. Add the broken red chillies. Add the finely chopped tomatoes cook till the oil oozes out and tomatoes are cooked.<\/p>\n<p>Now add the chopped amaranth leaves.<\/p>\n<p>Cook it on a low flame stirring it occasionally.<\/p>\n<p>Once it becomes completely dry add the water.
