Ingredients and Quantity
- Milk-600 ml
- Beets, cooked, peeled and chopped-02 nos.
- Walnuts, lightly toasted- 125 gm.
- Ginger-1 ½ tsp.
- Honey-02 tbsp.
- Ice Cubes –As required
For the garnish
Walnuts, toasted- 08 nos.
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Puree until the entire mixture is smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes and blend again until very smooth.
- Pour into a large glasses, garnish with walnuts and serve immediately.
