Coffee Banana Smoothie

A Quick Breakfast Smoothie to keep you energetic for a long days work.

Ingredients and Quantity

  • Bananas, medium sized- 03 nos.
  • Dates, pitted and chopped: 04 nos.
  • Almond Milk, chilled: 03 Cups
  • Greek Yogurt, Non-Fat, chilled-01 cup
  • Instant Coffee- 02 tsp or as required
  • Ice cubes- 1/4th cup

For sprinkling

Instant Coffee- ½ tsp

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Puree until very smooth.
  2. Pour in chilled glasses, sprinkle instant coffee and serve.
