A Revitalizing smoothie after a workout, is loaded with the goodness of Black Currants, Yoghurt, Milk and Honey.

Ingredients and Quantity

  • Black Currants, seedless - 225 gm.
  • Yoghurt, Low-fat, Chilled - 400gm
  • Milk, Skimmed & Chilled - 400ml
  • Honey - 01 tbsp.

For the Garnish

Black Currants-10 gm.

Method

  1. Mix black currant, yoghurt, milk and honey in a blender, process until its very smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses, serve with black currants on top.
