A Revitalizing smoothie after a workout, is loaded with the goodness of Black Currants, Yoghurt, Milk and Honey.
Ingredients and Quantity
- Black Currants, seedless - 225 gm.
- Yoghurt, Low-fat, Chilled - 400gm
- Milk, Skimmed & Chilled - 400ml
- Honey - 01 tbsp.
For the Garnish
Black Currants-10 gm.
- Mix black currant, yoghurt, milk and honey in a blender, process until its very smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses, serve with black currants on top.
